Welcome to the Network M.D. Inc. Help Desk. You can use our helpdesk to request support by creating a case. Please note that our helpdesk authentication and access is based on Google Authentication. You can use a Google account, such as @gmail.com or if you are a GSuite customer, you can also use that account. Our helpdesk will redirect you to Google to validate you identity. Once Google confirms your credentials, you will be redirected back to our helpdesk where you can submit and manage your support cases.
Having performance problems with GSuite services? Check the Apps Status Dashboard or view Known Issues. If your infrastructure is on the AWS Cloud, you may check their services on the AWS Health Dashsboard.. For the Google Cloud Platform services status you can view the Google Cloud Dashboard.
